Registered office
Every company must have an address where documents can be served. This address is your registered office and it must be included on all business letterheads, invoices and order forms but it does not have to be your place of business.
Often companies elect to use their solicitors’ or accountants’ address. It may be more cost effective to use us at £50 a year.
